She noted that “the only way to make sure that you are not having these problems is to take it at the right dose,” while also noting that the study has limitations. The findings may be due to the fact that the men are only interested in taking the medication on a specific date.
Dr. Risio also noted that the study was done for men who had previously been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction, while not those who were diagnosed with other health conditions.
“I have never heard of a study that was done to look at erectile dysfunction in men taking sildenafil, or tadalafil, for this purpose,” she said.
However, “it is possible that men who are taking erectile dysfunction medications like Viagra or Cialis (the two drugs that treat erectile dysfunction) might benefit from having these medications prescribed by a physician. There are currently no studies looking at whether Viagra and Cialis work better for men with ED,” she added.

The study, led by Dr. Emily Carter, an endocrinologist and urologist, is the first to look at whether there’s any difference in erectile function among men who take these medications.
“I think men can make an informed decision about whether to take a medication like Viagra or Cialis,” she said.
Carter said that the study is not a long-term study, as it was done over a short period of time, and that the researchers “don’t have the data to show that this is better than other medications.”
“I think that this is a different issue from other medications, and that this study might be useful to the general public as well.”
Carter added that the research is in the realm of medical research and not a study of erectile dysfunction or sexual health in general.
“The study that has been done is in the realm of medical research,” she said.
“We are doing our best to determine whether the medication is safe and effective for treating erectile dysfunction in men. But I do think the research is just not done yet,” she added.

“I would expect that any medication that is available on the market, whether it be Viagra, Cialis, or any other medication, will be safe and effective for men who are taking these medications, and I think that’s what this study is doing.”
Carter added that the study is an important step in understanding how to safely use sildenafil and tadalafil.
